SMS & Call Policy

Last updated September 21, 2026

This policy explains the text messages and calls handled by CALLALL, for both salon owners and the customers who call them.

What messages we send

  • Booking confirmations to customers — sent only after a caller asks to book and gives their number during the call.
  • Booking alerts to the salon owner — the name, service and time of each new appointment.
  • Account notices to the salon owner — plan activation, cancellation and call minute warnings.

These are transactional messages. CALLALL does not send marketing or promotional texts on your behalf, and salons may not use the service for unsolicited marketing.

Consent

Customers consent by calling the salon and asking for a confirmation text during the conversation. Salon owners consent by entering their mobile number when setting up their account.

Opting out

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@callall.io. After STOP, we send one confirmation message and nothing further.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies — customers usually receive one message per booking. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Calls and transcription

Calls to a CALLALL number are answered by an automated assistant and transcribed so the salon can review them. Some states require callers to be told. Salons are responsible for adding that notice to their greeting where the law requires it.

Salon responsibilities

  • Use CALLALL only for calls customers place to your business, or that they consented to.
  • Honour opt-out requests and do not re-add a number that has opted out.
  • Follow the TCPA, CTIA messaging principles and your carrier's 10DLC registration rules.
